country’s economy and approximately 2.42mn families running the business. They employ
12.2mn people in UK (OXford Economics, 2018). Hangerworld is one of the largest leading
Family owned SME of the UK. The company is the leading supplier of quality clothes.
This purpose of the report is to assess the personality traits and also leadership style to manage a
small international business and analyze that which leadership style is used by Jim Elliot and
Jacqui Green.
Personality traits and leadership styles used by Jim Elliot and Jacqui Green
It is important for any business to use better leadership and skills. Best leadership styles and
skills play an essential role in the growth of any business’ performance. Leadership states the
behavior or attitude of a person which can influence other’s decision making (Barbery, 2019).
A leader or a manager must have an ability to maintain good relationships with its employee and
follower and maintain positive behavior so that they can motivate employees to achieve the
objectives of the business (Kwiatkowski, 2019).

established in 2007 by Jim Elliot and Jacqui Green (Hnagerworld, 2018). They sell clothes
hanger and also second-hand quality clothes hangers. In the age of 52, Jacqui starts a venture
with Jim Elliot and married with each other in 2013. Currently, they run the business as a family.
Recently they have almost 55 staff and made a profit of around 260000 in the last of 2018. And
this year sales expected to rise by £8.5mn form £5.6mn. They earned long success in a short
period of time and serves the best entrepreneurship. They carry success by having the best
leadership traits (Onita, 2017).
Successful managers of a company or entrepreneurs seek for opportunities and they are
innovative (Honble, 2019). Jim Elliot and Jacqui Green serve these traits. Elliot was youngest
among the five siblings. At the age of 18, he joined the army when most people pursue the study;
Elliot started working and joined the army where he used to play the military band. Later he
joined ambulance service in 1991 and qualifying as a paramedic in the year of 1994. Elliot was
used to be opportunity seeker and innovative at the same time no matter what he faced in his life
