Different classical management theories
Classical Management is used by several business organizations. Traditional
management theory is more of a centralize management process that has a distinct and
separate management process. Traditional Management is also diversified in 3 different
types. The different types of Traditional management includes Scientific theory, Bureaucratic
management theory and Administrative management theory. Fredrick Taylor was the initiator
of the scientific management theory. The Scientific theory was established in the year 1911.
Temporal factors are taken into consideration for completion of projects that are undertaken
by the business organization. Scientific management theory deals with all the issues that are
present in the business organization. Hazev, Haz and Tas has been using Scientific
management theory as per their business management methodologies. Performing synthesis
of data as per the functioning of the business are taken into consideration. The data that are
collected acts as framework for the completion of the project. Bureaucratic management is
related with the task specialisation, Hierarchical authority management, formal selection,
rules and regulation of Hazev, Haz and Tas. Carrier orientation of the employees of the
business are also taken into consideration. Bureaucratic management theory helps in better
understanding of the requirements that will be beneficial in the project completion.
Administrative management includes 6 important stages, namely predicting, planning,
organizing, commanding, coordinating and monitoring of the entire project. In the planning
stage initiating of the project is performed. After initiating of the project, organizing of the
resources that are required in commencing of the project in a better manner. Commanding the
employees of the organization for better performance of the project is performed.
Coordination among the employees will also be performed with the help of the
Administrative management theory. Monitoring of the entire report will also be provided as
per the management of Hazev, Haz and Tas.
