INTRODUCTION
Health and safety is a right of an individual so companies have to follow some of
legislative rules. Through this, they can enhance the satisfaction of all the people who are using
the services of particular firm. The care centres have to develop some of the standards so that
they can ensure smooth functioning at their workplace. On the basis of these, they will be able to
provide quality services to their service users (Tombs and Whyte, 2013). They have to adopt

services. The present report is based on Fleet wood Hall Home Case Study which perform their
operations in health and social care organisations. They are focusing on their services so that
they will be able to create a strong base of the consumers. In this context, report explains that

ways through which health and social care organisations offer quality services to their end users.

properly communicated
The new director of the health and social care implement some of the policies and
procedures so that they can ensure the smooth functioning at their workplace. Health is an

laws are as follows:
Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995: This
