INTRODUCTIONPartnership is a arrangement in which more that two respective share the liabilities andprofits of a company investor. Different groups are possible like partners might distribute equalbenefits and liabilities. Health and social care is a sector which give different services related tohealth safety. Working in partnership in H&S care is a activity in various organisations. Thisreport is based on Mid Staffordshire NHS foundation Trust in between 2009 and 2005. This filebuilds on Francis' this report published in 2010. this report is based on case study which definethere are lack of care, leadership, management, humanity and compassion. In this file variousphilosophies which can be used by enterprise gain in H&S care(Cameron, and et.al., 2014).They adopted different kinds of models. There are different practices and legislation which areadopted by firm. The main purpose of this task to improve services related to patients needs andtheir wants. NHS is a complex system which try to maintain its services and facilities against abackdrop on challenging financial expectation and increasing demand. TASK 11.1 Philosophies of partnership working in H&S careThere are various kinds of philosophies which can be used by Mid Staffordshire NHSfoundation Trust is gaining group people related to business in health and social care. Differentthinking are as follows which was used by NHS firm:Empowerment: Above the case study there are various philosophies in partnership which ischange. It means company user to give and choose them monitor to select what type of medicalsupport and services they wand and it is needed. They provide mutual understanding among thedifferent performances and productivity. Respect, it is needed to reduce conflict at a workplace.Autonomy: It means independence, every person are self motivated which involve in groupactivity should have freedom to monitor and control regular business operation. Like examplesof autonomy Both groups related to partnership should have some power to select and recruitnew candidates. It also conduct various programs and events related to training and they alsomanage employees promotions.Power sharing: It is a best thinking of partnership which can take some power regarding to MidStaffordshire NHS foundation Trust decision.
