INTRODUCTION Health is not only the state of physical fitness, but it is the state of total physical, mental and social fitness, simply means disease free, stress free and socially well being condition. This report will discuss about models of health education and health promotion. This file will also discuss about the communication barrier for the patient and healthcare practitioners and related issues. TASK 2 P6 The need of health education initiative with theoretical model Health education initiative motives the students to maintain their health, prevent disease as well as reduce hazardous behaviour. Social cognitive theory helps to identify the influence of single human, the actions of different human and environmental factors on individual health behaviour. This model helps to identify about the small steps a individual can take to prevent get ill by the action of others, by environment factors as well as by the actions of himself(Stevens and Raferty, 2018). P7 Detail plan for local health education initiative for local health education The people of UK are having problems regarding their mental heathThe plan to the health initiative accounting to the health issue of United Kingdom. Assess need :In this the organisation will give education about the problems cause mental heath Identify and priorities :The organisation will find out about the total population who are suffering from the problems regarding mental health Goals :The main goal behind this plan is to improve the knowledge about the the mental health of the people Strategy development :The organisation will develop a strategy to execute their plan the strategy can be like organising a campaign Implementation :The organisation will implement the plan according to the strategies they had planned Monitor and evaluation :The organisation will do a survey and collect feedbacks to identify the success of their plan. M4 A well planned local heath education and initiative that address local problems The NHS England has assure to check the mental health of the pregnant women and new mothers as well as their partners who are suffering from mental illness like depression, anxiety.
Around 10 percentage of new father face anxiety and depression problems after the birth of baby up to 6 months. According to NHS long term plan, the new fathers will directly provided a mental health assessment and they will be provided a professional support of Doctors if the individual needs it. The father are in serious depression and anxiety issues then they will be offered some interventions like couple therapy sessions, parenting sessions, peer-support and many more in a proper healthcare facilities. D2 The success of my health education initiative and recommendation for future campaigns The initiative I took are that I practice in the locality is to take session of the person who are suffering from issues of metal health and told them about the ways they can overcome their depression and anxiety problems such as daily and regulation meditation, switching to healthy life style , try to socialize more, keep them self engage in activities they love to do like sports, reading and many more.Government of United Kingdom can organize campaign to spread awareness about the problems that can be caused due to bad mental health as well as motive people to join the mental health campaigns and share their issues with the professional to overcome such problems. Government should provide free therapy to the new parents should they can easily overcome the anxiety and depression issues. TASK 3 P4 Difference between health education and health promotion and the strategies used in each of effect health : Health Education :Health education means providing proper teaching to individual or a group of people about how they can achieve better health. This also motivates the people to accept the process of behavioural change by which they are direct impact on their beliefs, values and attitude system. Health education is strategy use of health promotion Health Promotion :Health promotion moves the further ahead of individual behaviour towards environmental and social involvement. It helps the people to enhance their control and improve their health conditions. The strategies of health promotion are building healthy promotion policies, creating healthy and supportive environment, development of skills in instructors and many more P5 Different theoretical models Health promotion have many theories and model that helps the operation of health promotion(Ginter, Duncan and Swayne, 2018).

These models are used for the health promotion Ecological Models : This model helps to identify the People's interactions which their social and physical environment. This model identify many levels of influence on health which are as follows Individual factor : this include the influence factors like attitudes personality and knowledge Interpersonal factor : this include all the interaction with other person, these can provide support from society or became a problem for the personal growth Public policy factor : This factor include all the laws and policies regulated to support heath actions The Health belief model: The main factor of this model focus on the belief of the individual about the his/her health conditions. This is among the most used methods to understand all the health behaviours. This model explain and identify the changes in health conditions of individual Stage change model: This method is well known as Transtheoretical model this explain that how the individual is ready to adopt the change in their behaviour. The change of behaviour happen in stages. These are the following stages Pre-contemplation: The individual is not interested to take any action Contemplation: The individual is increased to take action but plans for the future Preparation: There are intention to deal with it and some step are taken Maintenance: Change in behaviour and continues to maintain the changed behaviour for long term. Termination: Not at all interested to return to negative behaviour again. Social Cognitive Theory: This theory is explaining the influence of the experience of individual, others action and factors of environment on health behaviour of individual. This also provide chances for support from the society by instilling expectations(Boulware and et.al., 2016). Key elements of SCT regarding the behaviour of individual includes: Self-efficacy: The belief that an individual can control and behaviour can be executed
Behavioural capabilities: This has the skills and properly understand how to behaviour is performed (Social cognitive theory, 2015). Expectations: the change of behaviour is determined the outcome Expectancies: Value are assigning to the outcomes of change is behaviour Self-control: the individual behaviour is monitor and regulated Observational learning: From the outcomes of other the individual observe and learn Reinforcements: the change in behaviour are rewarded to encourage others Theory of Reasoned Action and planned behaviour: It is suggested by the theory that the health behaviour of individual is identify by their intention to perform a behaviour M1 Barriers faced by the patient when accessing healthcare The potential barriers faced by the patient accessing the healthcare are Communication :This is amongthe most common problems faced by the patients. In this the patient can freely communication with their doctors because of this the doctors can't proper;y treat the patients(Evans and Stoddart, 2017). Misunderstanding:Thisistheproblemwhichfacedbyeveryone.Inthisthepatient misunderstood thing which are told by the doctor. This problem generally occur due lack of knowledge, more use of scientific terms by the doctors. Financial Problems :The patients can avail the services of the hospital due to the financial problems of the patient or the charges of hospital are two high to afford Distance :In this situation the patient residency is far away from the healthcare facilities. M2Therangeoffactorsthataffectthecommunicationbetweenpatientandhealthcare practitioners The factors affects the communication are : Language : The is the most basic problem faced by the patient that they can't understand the language of the doctor or the doctor can't understand their language Mental health : If the mental health of the patient is not proper than the change of misunderstand are very much high
Perspective : If perspective of the doctor and the patients are completely different it affects the communication between doctor and the patient M3 Different models of health education The Health belief model: This is the most famous method to understand the health behaviour of an individual. The key element of this factor is the belief of a person about the health conditions of himself. Social Cognitive Theory : The SCT describeabout the individual experience , others actions as well as factor of environment on individual's health behaviour. Support of society is provide by this D1Theinfluenceoffactorsandhealthbeliefsincommunicationstrategieshealthcare practitioners The government should organize campaign to make people aware that they should consult a doctor rather than practising their self and also about that the patient should open up about every thing in front of doctor. This will help the doctor to provide a better treatment to the patient. The patient should also listen to the doctor advice and implement it rather than believing on their beliefs and perspectives.(Drummond and et.al., 2015) CONCLUSION From the above study it has been summarised that health education has huge impact on the health aspects of people. It has supported local people in knowing about the signs and symptoms of diseases.
