INTRODUCTION
Project management is basically the application of different methods, processes, skills and
knowledge in order to attain the objectives of the specific project as per the project acceptance
within the agreed parameters(Tariq and et. al., 2020). Different types of strategies as well as the
planning frameworks are required in order to manage the project. With the helps of these
dimensions the project manager is able to manage all the essential things in relation project in
proper manner. The following project is going to cover a project plan for the ASRTRA plc which
is small sized organisation who deals in the vitamins and various mineral based food
supplements. The following project covers the launching of “Health and Fitness app” in order to
diversify the company portfolio. Project scope, risk and success also covers in this report.

MAIN BODY
Project Plan: -
Project plan is needed by the ASTRA Plc in order to launch the Health and Fitness app
which is discussed below: -
 Project Aim: - the first and the foremost motive behind launching the app by the
ASTRA plc is to diversify the company portfolio of food supplements. This assist in
increasing the image of the company in the market.
 Project Title : - introducing health and safety app.
 Target marketplace: - the respective company is going to paid focus or going to target
the youngsters, athletes and social media influencer.
 Applications inside the app: -the health and safety app comprise of calorie calculator, a
effective training and exercising videos, track caloric tool, blogs on fitness, overlook the
result and many more.
 Time frame : 3 months
 Gantt Chart : -this is basically the project management tool with the help of which
project plan is describes. This comprises of two side in which the left side include the
tasks and on the other hand the right side includes the timelines and schedule bars in
order to visualize the project.
