INTRODUCTION
The health care environment is always major concern towards in the field of medical
services. It is required to undertaken into consideration when it comes to society health. To
maintain healthy environment health care system are providing extra services on the basis of
patient feel weather and fresh(Al Khamisi, Khan and Munive-Hernandez, 2019). Within a
healthy work environment is one of that is safe empowering and satisfying. Parallel in the world
health organisation that having definition to becomes perceived threats. In health care system is
having culture that depicts about safety is paramount, in which all leaders, managers, health care
workers which is staff responsibility that enhance sense of professionalism accountability,
transparency, involvement, efficiency and effectiveness (Grainger, Stevens and Humphreys,
2019). In this report, the organisation is consider National Heath Service situated in United
Kingdom. St. George Hospital s teaching Hospital in Tooting, London. It was founded 1733, one
of the large teaching hospital and having one of largest hospital in overall Europe. The hospital is
having around 1300 bed and most tertiary such as accident and emergency, maternity service and
care of old age people and children. The University Hospital also offers about specialists
includes trauma, neurology, cardiac care stroke. The topics are covering about St George
Hospital creates annual report in that some of areas that allows threats and opportunities. Every
