Capability to monitor and administer medication and intravenous infusions. Excellent capability to take the sample of the pulse readings, temperature readings along with the blood pressure readings. Capability of managing the excessive workload of the healthcare organizations. Excellent efficiency in supervising the operations of the junior employees. Capability to provide the emotional support to the patients and the relatives of the patients. Search of Candidates: With the framed job requirements, the organization will conduct a search for the candidatesin both onlineand offlinemediums. Considering the onlinemediums, the organization is expected to advertise for their positions with the mentioned job requirement in

Other than this, the organization is expected to source the individuals from various third party agencies on the basis of the commissions. Apart from this, the organization is expected to initiate the referral policy for the registered employees of the organization where the employees of the organization will be allowed to refer their preferred candidates.
