The committee will also be required to maintain all records related to minutes of
all meetings which will include summaries for both case reviews and also recommends that
would be made (Pérez, Lara, Gil, Bravo, Alarcos & Dominguez-Gil, 2016). Typically, any of
these minutes will consist of information that is related to any of the patients, individual’s
identities that requests the case review and also any family member. Decision making will be
swift but not carelessly regarding the validity of any complaints. In any case that any charges
will be found to be accurate in one way or another, then there will be a need to consider
disciplinary actions that would best fit when it comes to enforcing them and ensuring

Other than that, each of these employees will be required to go through annual
training without consideration the rights of their patients and also legal ramifications that are

employees will understand and even acknowledge the stance of the USA Community Hospital
on ethical decisions and the most important standard of care. Other than that, they will also be
required to complete an entire OSHA training on hand hygiene that is effective, use and
disposal of gloves and sharps.

this reducing the chances of spreading and contracting HIV?AIDS thus having each of these
members to complete the OSHA tanning each year.
Other than that, patient privacy is also another consideration that needs to be
made in this case. Each of the patients that come for our services is assured that all their
information will be confidential. In this case, there will be continuous monitoring of employees
accessing any of the medical files to ensure an improved security case in one way or another
(Kimmel, Wang, Scott, Briggs & Lyon, 2015). Patients with HIV/ AIDS will be allowed to
obtain any necessary medical needs. Typically, in this case, we will have to counsel all
employees in consideration to hand for newly diagnosed patients to talk if there required it in
general. Typically, there will be providers that specialize on termagant of HIV/Aids. The
primary aim, in this case, is mainly to ensure that all patients within the hospital receive the
best possible state in consideration to the art of care. Other than that, there will be a continued
focus mainly when it comes to new medical technology and treatments for medical conditions
in general.
