It covers how the hospital responds to patient complaints, the importance of ethical decision-making, and the treatment of patients with HIV/AIDS. Compliant and claims of patients are taken seriously in USA Community
Hospitals. Our case review team focuses mainly on elevating concerns that different patients
and families have based on the gaps available on services, wait for delays in consideration to
various procedures, lack of effective communication and most importantly denial of different
services when one is in these hospitals and clinics. This is mainly a poly-related to USA
Community Hospitals with a primary aim to prompt responses from patients that have different
concerns and problems which needs immediate attention. In this regard, USA Community
Hospital will have to respond mainly through apologizing in consideration to the entire
organization, having a lot of concern to the concerning matter and most important provision of
practical solutions to each of the problems provided in real time (El Emam, Rodgers &
Malin,2015).
Once complains and concerns have been received, USA Community Hospital
will have to utilize the following as significant concepts for providing practical solutions;
Apologize;
In consideration of the organization
And then listening to any of their concerns
Acknowledgment
In this case, there is a great need to ensure that they have double checked to understand the
situation and then to provide any possible assistance significantly

Correction of issues at the point of service if possible
Sending complains and cases to the case review team for consideration
If by any chance the clinic where complaints occurred and no solution provided,
the problem will have to be passed on mainly to the case review team. Case review commits, in
this case, will consist principally of at least ten different individual members that will have
been designated by the hospital administrator. Other than that, it will also consist of various
volunteers and persons identified by the administrator of the hospital in general as important to
any of such processes. Typically, the committee, in this case, will be made of a member from
different backgrounds which include nurses, case managers and most importantly any other
ancillary services departments in general. Typically, they will also have a designated case team
leader in general. In case of any problem, a member of each of the available Case Review
Team will be selected (Flickinger, Saha, Roter, Korthuis, Sharp, Cohn & Beach, 2016).
The committee will also be required to maintain all records related to minutes of
all meetings which will include summaries for both case reviews and also recommends that
would be made (Pérez, Lara, Gil, Bravo, Alarcos & Dominguez-Gil, 2016). Typically, any of
these minutes will consist of information that is related to any of the patients, individual’s
identities that requests the case review and also any family member. Decision making will be
swift but not carelessly regarding the validity of any complaints. In any case that any charges
will be found to be accurate in one way or another, then there will be a need to consider
disciplinary actions that would best fit when it comes to enforcing them and ensuring
effectiveness in one way or another.

Different staffing levels in consideration to this hospital will allow employees to
significantly make decisions that are ethical in an account of patient care. Differences in
nursing levels will ensure that patients are in the best interests of these nurses. In most cases,
people tend to go mainly to what is morally right. However, there are also a few things that
tend to push and affect negatively the impacts which are typical to go mostly against the
systems. In this regard, it is essential to ensure employees will have a good understanding of all
the codes of ethics which will allow employees to correct one another in case one of them fails
to follow them.
Typically, treating patients with care, compassion and also dignity is an
essential consideration the hospital will take. If by any chance employees see any their
collogues mistreating any of their patients, then the employee needs to address this as a severe
and harmful concern. Other than that, each employee that is related to the hospital is also
expected to receive the same type of treatment. This case will allow and provide a more
straightforward way in which employees can share different ideas and also questions the
reasons for particular things (Cao & Chen, 2016).
All patients that will be treated at USA Community Hospital will have to get
treatments with compassion and most importantly with respect. Employees are also not
allowed to either judge or even discriminate any of their patients. As a healthcare provider,
there is a great need to consider and focus mainly on ethical and legal obligations that will
allow for the provision of standard care to each of their patients with HIV/AIDS. This case
allows for all employees to be provided with the same services when it comes to giving care
top [patients and most importantly following all safety procedures without considering any of
their medical status in general.

Typically, legal actions can be taken in any case where the hospital denies any
of their patient services in consideration to their HIV/AIDS status and thus no patient will be
turned away. In any case where a patient is turned away and in results of any medical
emergency, then the hospital will be held responsible for negligence. All of these patients have
the right to information conferential. This case means that if by any chance they do not want
their information, data, and status to be revealed to other, there is a great need to ensure that
their decisions have been respected.
Other than that, each of these employees will be required to go through annual
training without consideration the rights of their patients and also legal ramifications that are
related to violation of policies and even procedures (Littleton, Meemon, Breen, Seblega,
Paek, Loyal, Ellis, Wan 2010, April 01). This case will help to ensure that each of these
employees will understand and even acknowledge the stance of the USA Community Hospital
on ethical decisions and the most important standard of care. Other than that, they will also be
required to complete an entire OSHA training on hand hygiene that is effective, use and
disposal of gloves and sharps.
USA Community Hospital tends to ensure that patients are treated in an equate
way. In this case, other main focused is mainly to provide that all patients will feel safe and
secure when they come for these services. This will allow them not to feel like they have been
kept away from other patients (Harding, Gray & Neal, 1993). HIV/AIDS patients fail to
receive the best care that they require mainly because they fear rejection or exile. In this case,
the hospital focuses on ensuring that people will have no fear no matter their status.

In this case, education will be the primary concern which will allow a staff
member to effectively understand more about the risks related to HIV/AIDS patients, In this
case, proper hygiene, using gloves and most importantly disposing of sharp objects are ensured
this reducing the chances of spreading and contracting HIV?AIDS thus having each of these
members to complete the OSHA tanning each year.
Other than that, patient privacy is also another consideration that needs to be
made in this case. Each of the patients that come for our services is assured that all their
information will be confidential. In this case, there will be continuous monitoring of employees
accessing any of the medical files to ensure an improved security case in one way or another
(Kimmel, Wang, Scott, Briggs & Lyon, 2015). Patients with HIV/ AIDS will be allowed to
obtain any necessary medical needs. Typically, in this case, we will have to counsel all
employees in consideration to hand for newly diagnosed patients to talk if there required it in
general. Typically, there will be providers that specialize on termagant of HIV/Aids. The
primary aim, in this case, is mainly to ensure that all patients within the hospital receive the
best possible state in consideration to the art of care. Other than that, there will be a continued
focus mainly when it comes to new medical technology and treatments for medical conditions
in general.
