prevention and treatment for curing any disease or illness. This is the one which includes

treatment to patient who are facing the healthcare issues like disease or illness. Healthcare
serviced can be delivered by the healthcare service providers or professionals who are having the

disease or illness. United Kingdom have a broad government-sponsored universal healthcare

services it is essential to provide better and effective response that are associated with taking care

community along with social and economic inclusion, sense of belonging and various principles

the impact of health which are associated with any disease or illness. There is also need to ensure

with respecting to rights along with duties. These rights and duties are dividing in three different
parts like political, social and civil. Here, civil element includes the rights which are necessary
for the individual freedom this may include personal liberty, rights to own property and freedom
to speech. This include that institutions whether like healthcare or other should directly
associated with civil rights that can be effective and help to allow for own choices (Green, 2020).
Political element includes the rights to participate in the exercise of political power. This
provide the rights and opportunity that can be effective and allow to ensure about covering of
appearance towards following the right of people which include the political appearance with
status of freedom. This include the granting old rights to people to live in society. This can also
allow them to get the rights which are having to live effectively through better access to
healthcare and get better quality of healthcare services (Lenneis, 2022).

opportunity to people to live with higher effect and allow to get concentrate about the effective

response towards the economic welfare within the population. This can be also effective and

recognition that every individual born defenceless and may fear of disasters and may get failed
towards the social institutions. Through applying the vulnerability theory, it emphasis about the

powerful and influential toward the formal equality within delivery of healthcare services
towards proper care and protection towards any inequality.
There is need for the social surveillance which are effective in the healthcare for providing
better and effective response for delivery of effective healthcare service which are associated
with ensuring about the disciplinary functions that are highly associated with ensuring about the
effective response towards taking care of better impact on the delivery of healthcare services
(Boaitey, 2020).
