and private organisations. Normally the heritage and cultural
sites are managed and operated with the help of government
bodies and by not for profit organisations but because of the

various types of ownerships on heritage and cultural sites is
being described as follows: -
Government organisations: - Under this type of

Private organisations: - The heritage and cultural
sites of countries which lies under the hands of private

organisation which controls and manages the heritage and
cultural sites of United Kingdom. These organisations have
significant positive impact over attraction sites of country.
These firms significantly support in effective management of
valuable assets and antiques which assist in conserving and
preventing historical places. The private firms are best as

development and new technologies are adopted by them
through which they can manage visitors crowd effectively
and attracts large number of tourists. Apart from all these

These organisation limits the accessibility of tourist as they
charge more amount of entry fees for visiting the sites. Also,
sometime they may focus on their personal interest rather
than values and beliefs of travellers which may demotivate
them.
Collaboration: - It is referred to merging of two
different organisations and operating together to provide
services with common objectives. In management and
control of heritage and cultural sites of country collaboration
of public and private organisation is highly noticed. These
collaborated firms jointly work together towards
development of attraction sites. They conduct various
restoration projects at different levels which supports in
attracting large number of tourists towards the places.
All the above mentioned are some of positive and
negative impacts over heritage and cultural sites of country
by different types of ownerships. The high competition
prevailing in tourism sectors directly affects countries
economic factors. In competition if government organisation
is not likely to earn profits out of their services it will
