INTRODUCTION
Tourism is the rapidly increasing sector in
economy. The same sector is providing various
kind of tours like educational, fun, world tour,
historical tours. There are many private travelling
companies which help in attracting more and more
tourist to the places.
Heritage and culture- from the above all it is
analysed that heritage and culture of UK is playing
vital role in improving economic condition.
Below mention are special chronology
regarding development and growth of entire
culture and heritage sector. Authorities are not
assuring any security and preservation of any
creation reality but after that 1950 growth
started.
1940-1946: It is the body firstly formed
for support and protection of historical places,
UK museums or other ancient time art and
libraries of country. In starting period
government is the only one who take initiative
for raising fund needed for all these purpose.
1946-1990: This council was formed for
increasing culture and music sector in nation.
Funds are given by government for promotion
of all these things in nation.
1997-2000: many people having talent
but don't have platform to show that. This body
play vital role in promoting talent of peoples.
Organize many events related to dance, singing,
sports and many more.
TIMELINE
Culture and heritage tourism introduced by Thomas Cook
first tour done by them is of Egypt in 1841. development and
growth is needed by every sector of business but tourism is
widely spreading sector in world and it need more
improvement.
Attractive- if place is good in looking then it easily attracts
people. UK is attractive place apart from this there are more
places which attract visitors easily are forts, Big Ben, country
theme also. Some countries provide special facilities to
visitors of every kind class people.
Cultural heritage- 29 locations out of which 23 are historical
in nature. These places attract easily visitors because of their
values and beliefs. Examples are Maritime Greenwich, Royal
Botanical garden etc.
