High Performance work culture (HPC) is concerned with setting rules, regulations , policies, etc. for managing
organizational growth & development.
In the current era, competition has increased which requires firm to gain competitive advantages by building
higher performance strategies in organization in turn organizational objectives can be accomplished.
The current report is based on ASDA is one the successful British supermarket chain that offers fresh groceries,
clothing, etc products to its targeted segments.
