their essential characteristics
 A high performance culture is based on the set of behaviours, attitude, norms and
standards that leads an organization to achieve its desirable goal or objective. in another
word, it is defined that culture may drives a high performance which needs to achieve
both non-financial as well as financial results. Basically, it depends upon the different
stakeholders such as customer satisfaction, staff member retention etc.

The Characteristics of High performance Culture-
 Strong leaders- leadership is one of the foundation which is mainly describe the team
performance which is built. AN effective leaders are setup as appropriate tone,
communication goals which directly impact on the performance of staff members.
