studying for a degree
in business
management
During this module, I came to know
about the meaning as well as concept
of culture which basically relates to
the characteristics of a group of
individuals or a community and it’s
an experience which every
individual share among the members
(Gage and et.al., 2018). Culture
includes different religion,
languages, foods, rituals which helps
individual and members to
understand about the way of living in
the society. in addition to this,
culture also plays a very important
role in individual’s life. As it helps
in adding values, humour hopes,
glamour, loyalty in life. This leads
the individual to see and lead the life
in a different perspective.
While having interaction with
teachers in classroom, the impact of
culture on the behaviour and action
of the students help them to build
confidence in them. When I came to
know about different culture in the
classroom, this assists in creating
positive learning environment which
are mentioned below:
Establish expectations: In
classroom, I created very high
expectation through which I was able
to shape both social and academic
achievement due to which got more
confidence and motivation. The
students were able to learn and
develop self-confidence when the

peer support and team
working to enhance
learning experience
The peer to peer learning procedure
is the type of learning technique that
assists in promoting the connection
within the members of the team for
knowing performance of tasks. The
learner gains good knowledge for
answering crucial concepts in
effective manner (Awan, 2021) .
But, in my academics I experienced
the importance of peer to peer
workings which is illustrated below:
Teamwork: I allow myself to work
while engaging with my team
members. This helped in boosting
confidence levels for solving
complex business problems as well
as making strategies for overcoming
challenges. I can also transfer my
ideas to the team members and gain
the right feedback.
Peer to peer feedback: This also
enable me to chance to share my
feedback on my learning skills and
knowledge that can support me in
understanding the modern skills. It
also allow me to become good team
leader and helps me to become more
determined in attaining objectives at
effective manner.
Gaining new perspective: It
supports me in improving my
learning experience in better manner
by gaining insight about various
perspectives of team members to
solve business problems. It is also an
effective key to give diversity in
both class room and in future
professional career.

this session as well as
also understands more
skills. So, by delivering
my answers to the
teammates I can find
various solutions to
solve the critical
business problems in
effective way.
In the classroom
setting, the peer to peer
learning demonstrates
where the students
teach to other students.
In the workplace, the
workers can teach their
colleagues who are
completely new for the
firm. However, the
following ways to
implement peer to peer
learning is analysed
below:
Assign a peer mentor:
The new employee
should be provided a
mentor so that work
can be performed in
proper manner. The
mentor can teach the
new employees about
the work processes so
that he can do the
assigned work in
effective manner. It
will support the new
workers to build the
knowledge as well as
skills with the support
of their mentors.
Use an On boarding
platform: The
business should also
allow on boarding
learning platform in
which the critical
content about company
culture as well as
payroll can shared to
all the employees
(Schafer and et.al.,
2021). This will assist
employees to fell more
trust about company
policies. The teamwork
activity also helps the
worker to develop
collaborative learning

I can think in critical
manner that helps me to
analyse as well as give
appropriate solutions to
business problems in
effective manner. It also
supports me to give best in
decision making process
which aid me in
developing problem
solving skills. It also
enables me to polish my
creative knowledge that is
essential form career
growth. I also possess
flexible nature through
which I can adjust to any
new situations in confident
manner.
Due to my lack of focus, I am not
able to concentrate on my work. This
also causes me to lessen my
performance in significant manner.
The other weakness of mine is feat
of failure which always come in my
mind before the performance of new
tasks. It creates a negative mind-set
as well as low confidence which do
not enable to unleash my true
potential.
The regular learning
gives the chance in
developing my
communication skills
by continuous
interacting with my
peers and by reading
books (Teoli,
Sanvictores and An,
2019). This enable me
to communicate more
effectively. In addition
to this, it also supports
me to manage my time
by doing my work
within the deadlines
scheduled.
The lack of internal
communications is the
threat for me due to
which I am not able to
exchange my opinions
with anyone.
