current macro and micro factors that influence or impact the organisation.
You are to produce a report and present a summary of findings to the board of directors.
1. Using PESTLE analysis identify and discuss the various macro environmental factors that have an
impact upon the organisation, highlighting the positive and negative impacts using specific examples
to support your findings.
2. Apply a SWOT or TOWS analysis to your organisation to identify their key strengths and
