Holiday Inn is one of the renowned British-owned American hotel engage in the service
of providing modest quality services such as lodging and boarding. Hotel was established in the
year 1952 by Kemmons Wilson and serve their services in more than 1,145 locations around the
world. This hotel have headquarters in Middle East, Americans, Asia-Pacific and Europe. Hotel
provide their offerings in all around the world including Sofia, Bulgaria. In this report
discussions has been made on, organisation goal, values, mission, size and structure along with
this, expectation of consumer from organisation with SWOT analysis are also included in this
report. In addition to this, roles of employees and formative concept of training and development
included in report. Lastly, role in organisation are also described in this report in descriptive
manner.

Hotel is basically a establishment that perform their functions by offering wide range of
consumer satisfaction services that includes, shelter for travellers, furnished services, food,
commercial basis things, refreshments and more. Holiday Inn a British-owned American brand
hotel performing their work in Hotel sector (Lockyer, 2013). It was established in the year 1952.
Holiday Inn provide wide range of services including, conventions, lodging, food services,
meetings, timeshare and more. This hotel conduct their business activities in a division manner
with Holiday Inn Express.
Mission:
Holiday Inn provide their services in effective manner by having a mission which is to “
make difference in every individual life by touching their lives in day-to-day manner. Hotel
works with a perspective to perform their business activities in committed manner by delivering
personal and superior hospitality services.

Hotel have a core vision which is to become best 5-Star hotel in all around the world

Holiday Inn provide their services worldwide with more than 3500 branches around the
world. Along with this hotel have 65 branches within UK through which they become one of the
largest chain of hotel (Jones, Day and Quadri-Felitti, 2013).
Goal:
Holiday Inn offer extensive range of services with a common goal that is to fulfil each
and every one of their consumer desire and employees need in effective manner. In order to
expand their hotel with great quality hotel is looking forward to offer wide range of valuable
services such as, priority club rewards, occasion's offer and other comfort services their
customers.
2. Identification of hotel customers and their expectation form organisation
In order to perform services in successful manner it is important for Holiday Inn to
effectively reach their costumers. With the help of evaluating target market hotel management
can easily understand requirements of their new and existing consumers. Hotel take advantage of
guest fillings in order to review their customers data as to do necessary required modifications
and enhancements in their services. Holiday Inn managers believes in a fact that their previous
guests are one of the effective source of their qualified information. In addition to this, managers
