Furthermore, various ways are also used by practitioners to manage the stress of clients in

Recommendation
From the above report, it has been recommended that the it is important for every
individual to take care of senior people in the family. As per the observance, it is advised to
healthcare supportive team to provide effective services to the patient so that their stress level
can be minimised to zero level. It is essential to nursing staff who are appointed for patient to

understand basic needs of patient so that their presence can get valued by the patient as well as

patient who is in stress, reason can be mostly lack of support of family. It is required for
healthcare practitioner to analyse the situation. As a result it will help in developing their

person according to their age. This will support them in recovering themselves and also motivate
them to become independent again. Along with this, support of family also decreases the stress
of patient as they feel good when they are surrounded by close family members who valuable to
them. Most importantly, it is suggested to family members to involve senior citizen in every
small or big decision. This will make old age people realise that they are still essential part of
family and they value them. It will minimise the stress level aged people in home as family

help people to avail nursing service. It is necessary that skilled medical care which provide
bathing, grooming and medication reminder at home are appointed for reducing stress of
individuals. In this, health care practitioners provide support to clients by maintaining friendly

with in an individual. It has been analysed that, stressors majorly gets stress when there is a
desire of physical or psychological demands. It is being found that majorly people consider
stress is something that happens to them, an event such as a harm or encouragement. Whereas
other people have kept there thinking as stress is being considered as psyche and our behaviour
in response to an event. When something happens to an individual, his/her reflex action start
evaluating the situation mentally.

According to Uliando and Mellor, (2012), stress word is used very frequently in day to day life
of individuals. Mainly, it is relate with dysfunctional aspects of higher level of stress which is
major concern for society and human as well. Every day activities, individual feel little stress
which related with ongoing, chronic stress. It can cause many serious health issues such as:
 Mental health issues like personality disorder, anxiety, depression and many more that
directly affect the individual and its family members as well.

bodies.

According to Ward-Griffin, (2012), Stress is a body's reaction to any change that requires an
adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with mental, physical and emotional
response. Stress is a normal part of life. In context with health care practitioner of Right at
home, it is advisable to recommend various source of managing and removing stress and
understand how it will help us in making our life more relax and comfortable. There are

Exercise – As a right at home, it is advised that workout exercise is one of the best
ways to relax your body and mind plus exercise will improve your mood and behaviour. For all
these outcomes, major requirement is dedication and regularity should be maintain. It is
recommendable to do exercise at-least thrice a week for minimum of 30 minutes. There are
