In e-order system, the customers use digital gadgets like smartphones to order for foods and drinks. Little Hu Nan Restaurant, which is located at Goulburn Street Haymarket NSW 2000 Australia, is one of the Australian restaurants which have incorporated e-order system in their operations and the company has benefited in a great way. This paper will discuss some of the major benefits which the restaurant enjoys from incorporating the e-order system in their operations. These benefits have played a great role in the growth and the expansion of the restaurant.

The benefits of e-order systemThe e-order system in the Little Hu Nan is helpful as most of the tourists visiting the place have smartphones and these smartphones help them to place their orders, receiving them, and paying for them without making very long ques.The other benefit of the e-order system in a restaurant is on reducing staff errors which are very common in restaurants especially in the restaurants which use the old/ordinary ordering system in their operations. Reducing the staff errors helps to improve the operations and the services of the restaurant in a great way.

The errors in the kitchen are also reduced by the e-order system, where customers do not worry about wrong dishes being delivered. With the e-order system, the kitchen staff (cooks) don’t suffer from those stresses of long queues of waiting customers and so the chances of making some errors while delivering the orders which might result from stresses are highly minimized.The e-order system also reduces errors in the restaurant by easing the understanding between managers, staff and the customers as all the parties can communicate and make any inquiries via the e-order system.
