Following lifecycle is applicable to the Hotel Manager of Premier Inn Company which are as follows - RecruitmentRecruitment is the first stage of employee (manager) life cycle. Company will notify thevacancy for hotel manager. Out of pool of candidates, Firm will recruit the suitable candidatewho is matching with their standards to become the hotel manager. Performance ManagementPerformance management is the third stage of HR life cycle where the performance arereview and monitor in order to comparison between actual and standard performance of themanager.
