Entrepreneurship can be described as a process of designing and launching a new
business. The people who creates the business are known to be the entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurship can be stated as the capacity and the willingness in order to develop and
organize a venture in business to make profit . The report mainly focuses on the
entrepreneurial organization of Uber. The first part of the report mainly aims to focus on the
history, growth and the development of Uber. The next part of the report refers to the
entrepreneurial schools of thought that relates to the growth and establishment of the business
organization, Uber Technologies. The report also focuses on the current emerging trends
which will be seen as an opportunity for the business (Elliott, 2015). Both the technological
trend and the consumer trends will have an impact on the organization in the future. From

Uber Technologies Inc, also known as Uber is a taxi cab, peer to peer ridesharing and
transportation network company. The headquarter of Uber Technologies is located in San

2009 by Garrett Camp and it was known as UberCab. The disruptive technology of Uber and
its explosive growth made it one of the most fascinating companies emerging over the past
