INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry is the biggest area which include the various group of business where
they provide different services to their customers. Basically this sector majorly focus on their
services which increase the satisfaction level of the consumers in order to increase their sale

better understanding of this concepts. It was build in 1930 in Louis XVI style on Boulevard

functions to coordinate or mange the risk in order to achieve efficiency or effectiveness in the
organization.
TASK 2
1. Implement and monitor the workplace health & safety procedures
Hotel industry have to provide necessary health & safety programs which help them to
implement and make working environment more safer. Hotel organization need to review their
internal as well as external activities which help them to analyse new risk and further it is
required to maintain or build strategy to reduce the risk. Required timely investigation &
inspection and then ensure hazard correction. After all the activities they have to evaluate the
effectiveness of training.
2. Evacuation of Staff and Costumers
Hotel have to build separate evacuation where front door for the general use which is
used by the visitors but it also used by the hotel staff too. Another evacuation is build for the
specific use of hotel staff members where they internally move in the hotels and this way another
people are restricted to entered.
3. Security management of cash, document, equipment, people etc.
Hotel manger need to ensure that, they provide proper safety to their customers as well
hotel staff. They provide securities related to cash in the reception, safety of document which is
