INTRODUCTION
Hospitality sector is responsible for providing all the premier aspect of the servicing sector which
mostly includes to address consumer gratification and to cater the requirements of all the guests.
This can be dealt with the problems like arrangements for the travelling purpose, lodging and
many more. The objective of this sector is to give consumers with a great experience which can
be from eating a good meal, relax in a luxuriant spa and many more. Mandarin Oriental Hyde
Park has been taken as a base hotel which is a five star hotel established in 1882 by Mandarin
oriental hotel group. This is a luxurious hotel which is consisting of various rooms, with an
impressive spa with some famous attractions close to this chosen hotel like Harrods and The
Grenadier and many more (El Balshy and Ismael, 2021). This file covers a proper job description

recognising the expectations related to a new firm, conduct marketing research to recognise
chances to sell and evaluating consumer requirements for selling commodities to them.
Responsibilities:
Actively searching out new sales opportunity by cold calling, networking or social
media.
To set meetings with a possible client and listen to their concerns.
To conduct marketing research for the identification of selling opportunities in the
market and evaluation of consumer requirements.
Negotiating or closing the deals and handling all the complaining or objections.
To collect all the feedback from consumers and sharing with the internal teams.
Preparing and delivering of an accurate presentation on commodities or services.
