INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry is accountable for giving all the prime services like food and
accommodations in places like hotels, resorts, theme park and many more. A proper management
is an essential task to accomplish success which is not only affecting the total operations of an
organisation but it is also reflecting a good detail that will go for making all the experience of
visitors an unforgettable one. Premier Inn has been chosen as base hotel which is the UK's
largest brand in hotel industry founded by Whitbread in 1987. It is operating in various places
such as city centre, airports with several facilities like gym, swimming pool and many more. This
file covers knowledge, understanding, purpose for the management of people and various
techniques of recruiting and selection in the hospitality firm (Ferreira, Morais and Brothers,
2019). This will also cover procedure of performance management as a part of HR department,
activities needed for planning and delivering and factors that affect the engagement for staff for
the growth in a chosen hotel.

Job Title: Management trainee
Job summary: The management trainee is having the responsibility of completing all the
assigned tasks, learn to handle all the disputes, to attend all the meetings, and taking care of all
the consumers or visitors in the hotel.

To evaluate and monitor all the working performance and progress.
