of services to people. This is because of integration of tourism sector and hospitality services. It
is contributing in development of services thus fulfilling the needs of people. Also, many new
and small business are emerging in this sector (Budeanu, Miller and Ooi, 2016). In addition to
this there is high growth in business that has attracted a large number of people towards
hospitality sector.
Stage 1 – Development
Concept- Due to expansion of travel and tourism sector a plan is made to enter in this. It is to
open a hotel cum restaurant and bar. In this various services will be provided to people. The
main goal is to target those persons who travels for business meetings, conferences, etc. besides
this upper middle class people will be targeted. Also, the objective will be providing semi
luxurious service to people at affordable rates. These services comprise accommodation, food,
travel, etc. the first hotel of this type will be opened in Birmingham city. Then, it will be
expanded in other areas within UK.

hotel. The plan consists of three stages that has to be followed step by step. Also, it is important
that financial requirements are identified so that the source of funding can be found out.
Developing financial projection helps in determining the sales and profits earned for a specific
time period.
