INTRODUCTION
Revenue Management is concerned with distribution and pricing tactics that is used to for
selling perishable Inventory of property. This report will discuss about business climate of

hotels and this is why building a 5 star hotel in an attractive location can create several
opportunities for hotel. Amstelveen astrodome is also very important location in terms of

competition really there are 3 star hotels in Amstelveen few of the hotels that can access
competitor for Westin by Marriott in Amstelveen Amsterdam include Grand Hotel Amsterdam
