I am honored and absolutely overwhelmed to be become the Project Manager on the project of Casa De Paz/House of Peace Project. This venture is about the construction of a rehabilitation center for the dejected women and children of the society and uniting them into this building who had issues in adjusting themselves with their own community. As a project manager, I aim to set the goals of this project, carry out my work with utmost sincerity and dedication in collaboration with my team members, and believe to get equal amount of involvement from them too such that the quality of work is maintained. To begin with, I would like to concern about the basic criteria involved in this venture, that is, What should be the working procedure to constitute the building and meet the expectation of the investors in the ‘House of Peace’ project? What is the current position of the project and what are the resources needed to finish this construction within time maintaining the standards. What should be the estimated deadline of the given venture? The key aspect of this affair is that the work is broken down into smaller structures such that the accomplishment of the work becomes easier. However, one should keep in mind the objective of this project and complete their task systematically without getting bothered about the details. Expectation from the Stakeholders/Sponsors/Core Team: The job of the sponsors is to support this venture financially and focus primarily on the benefits of the women and children. They should take part in preparing the project outline and recruit the core members and Subject Matter Experts. While, the core members are expected to follow the regulations and carry out the work

Creation of milestone schedule with acceptance criteria: -We should figure out a feasibility study, analyze the present circumstances and research about the profit margins and include it in the Business Case to have a clear understanding of the project. -We should be able to decide on the pivotal end-points of the housing complex in advance. -Since this venture is massive, we should have a project management plan that includes a work breakdown structure. This will help in dividing the responsibilities amongst various personnel involved like recruiting volunteers, managing resources and handling legal issues. Completion of each small task successfully will direct us towards our final goal. -The period for each mini project should be set in advance to ensure the completion of the project within a stipulated time. -There should be an evaluation and feedback of each phase and everyone involved in the project should have an update of it to enhance the workflow of the system. Q2. What would you want to see in a team charter (i.e., rules of engagement) for this development project? Is this different (Agile environment) than other (Traditional - Suburban Homes) environments? If so, how is it different? Ans. The project outlook, background and the resources are the points already highlighted in the Business documentation. Besides that, the factors that need to be highlighted are:

Though this venture holds a noble ideology, yet the amount of money that needs to be invested is a major concern for the donors. Lesson learned:The task follows Agile methodology and hence an assessment is done on every iterative step based on which feedbacks are reviewed that determines the success rate of the project. This evaluation should be imparted to the employees such that everyone is aware of the current scenario. Risk, Assumption and Constraints:During the documentation, the dangers are scrutinized against which precautions are also discussed beforehand. This estimation of control measures will help the employees to cope up in adverse situations. Decision Authority:A body of jurisdiction should be finalized to resolve crucial disputes and take decisions in critical situations. The work procedure of the housing development project of Casa De Paza is based on the Agile Development Model. Each mini part processes a key turnover at the end of their respective phases. These steps comprises of various tasks like annexing a building, examining, dealing legal issues, designing websites, campaigning and so on. To carry out these tasks responsibly there needs to be a workforce comprising of stakeholders, product owner, scrum master, project managers and sponsors who will participate in the meetings and discuss the evolution of this project at every iteration.
