The proposed dissertation examines the influence of millennials on shaping workplace culture, specifically within Cisco Systems. It aims to identify millennial characteristics and explore how they have brought changes in workplace culture compared to previous generations. The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining survey data with qualitative interviews. A sample size of 140 employees from various departments at Cisco Systems will be selected through simple random sampling. The research seeks to provide insights into the evolving nature of workplace culture and make recommendations for organizations looking to adapt to millennial workforce needs.
