HR Areas and Their Contribution to Business Operations

This presentation discusses the role of human resources in contributing to an organization's growth and development, as well as the challenges they face in daily operations. It highlights the importance of relationship management, diversity in the workplace, and employment legislation. The presenter also shares their personal experience and understanding of the HR department's role in coordinating different business operations. References are provided for further reading.

HR areas and contribute in business operations
 In this section, it is mainly focused on the business areas such as human resources, which
contribute to the organisation’s growth and development, operations management.
Human resources are facing the different kind of challenges on daily basis.
 The biggest challenge is related to relationship management between employees and
employers. For example- In M&S, Employees are unsatisfied with their job roles. At that
time, the major responsibility of HR is to establish a strong coordination, connection with
employees and providing better facilities (Alsuliman & Elrayah, 2021).

 Nowadays, it has been rapidly changing the diversity in the workplace. Human resources
contribute to frontline of business culture or environment.
 Typically, it is frequently changed the expectation level and increasing risks or threats of
business. If in case, Human resource team is not properly maintain a proper diversify
culture or environment. Therefore, it is difficult to operate business in proper manner
(Madhani, 2022).
 For example- A diverse staff members are increasing a high level of business productivity
as well as profitability. It starts with the aggressively including diversity workshop. This
will help to inspire or motive employees in the workplace.

 On the other hand, human resources face an issue related to the employment legislation
because it is difficult for enterprise to maintain or change legal rights of their employees.
 In some cases, it may arise a complexity to avoid some kind of legal rules or regulation.
Therefore, it would increase a conflict between employees and employers.
 Human resources are contributing a major role in terms of audits, lawsuits. It is
possibility demise the enterprise.

Individual Reflection
 Based on the experience, I have been shared the significant role of human resources and identify
that how they can easily manage or control challenges by HR. Discussion on the different human
resource challenges basis of organisational management process. I have focused on establishing a
collaborative working practices and build a group communication. I had gained a great experience
of HR challenges and needs to be improved in proper manner. In my personal experience, human
resource area is playing an important role in the organisation to establish a strong coordination
with employees and resolve their queries immediately. I have to work on different skills that help
me to resolve all kind of HR related challenges and increases business growth or development.

Based on the discussion, I have been developed understanding that enterprises operate on the
basis of their strength. Human resource department that has played a role as coordinator
between different business operations (Alsuliman & Elrayah, 2021). HR team coordinate
with accounting, finance and marketing. On the basis of experience, I have realised that HR
professionals are responsible for handling business operations especially employees
