In this section, it is mainly focused on the business areas such as human resources, which
contribute to the organisation’s growth and development, operations management.
Human resources are facing the different kind of challenges on daily basis.
The biggest challenge is related to relationship management between employees and
employers. For example- In M&S, Employees are unsatisfied with their job roles. At that
time, the major responsibility of HR is to establish a strong coordination, connection with
employees and providing better facilities (Alsuliman & Elrayah, 2021).

Nowadays, it has been rapidly changing the diversity in the workplace. Human resources
contribute to frontline of business culture or environment.
Typically, it is frequently changed the expectation level and increasing risks or threats of
business. If in case, Human resource team is not properly maintain a proper diversify
culture or environment. Therefore, it is difficult to operate business in proper manner
(Madhani, 2022).
For example- A diverse staff members are increasing a high level of business productivity
as well as profitability. It starts with the aggressively including diversity workshop. This
will help to inspire or motive employees in the workplace.
