Human resource management is inclusive of different types of practice such as talent management, compliance, workplace safety, training and development, compensation and benefits, and more. Human resource management plays an essential role in ensuring the quantity and quality of employees’ workplace and creating a positive environment while motivating employees towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives. Tesco is a multinational organization in which employees from different location backgrounds, skills, and talents are effectively performing their roles and responsibility. In this to manage a workforce on an efficient basis human resource manager of the company undertakes variousactivitiessuchasrecruitingcandidates,hiringtherightemployees,conductand disciplinary action, providing training and development courses, developing employee records, conducting benefit analysis, and more. It has been identified that the human resource manager of Tesco conducts a number of roles and responsibility which is defined below: Provide career growth: It is one of the most important responsibilities in which the human resource manager of Tesco undertake opportunity to provide career growth opportunities to employees by helping guide and guiding every employee (Sadler-Smith, 2021).
