pancakes, crepes, waffles, in shakes, in donut ice
cream cones, together with like Golden Gaytime,
Kinder Bueno, Ferrero Rocher, and Cadbury Flake.

Research Problem
This emphasized on evaluating the role of HR
practices in the employee turnover, a case study of
Tella Balls Dessert Bar.
In the current era, it is effective for the organization
to gain their understanding with respect to human
resources practices due to eliminating the employee
turnover from the organization (Kehoe& Wright,
2013).

Research Aim
The main aim of this investigation is referred to evaluating the role of
