Employee engagements have been considered as the important aspect in all industries, but in the
hospitality, industry is particularly essentials has been the customer service driven industries.
Employee are sole brand ambassador who could make the difference between happy customer
and irate one (Rhou and Singal, 2020). In addition, the hotel Hilton is facing the major issues in
training and development of employees in order to motivate for personal development and link to
the business objective.

Hotel Hilton corporations in the leading hospitality companies that tends to own, manages and
franchising over 2000 hotels across the country as the global brand. The firm is the having the
full-service hotels and resort with the flagship brand of American multinational hospitality
company Hilton. As the issue of the hotel Hilton training and retaining the great talent employee
have been turning out to be the critical issue in the service companies in significant manner.
Aims
To determine the current issues face by the hospitality industry in engagement and
personals development of employee- A case study on hotel Hilton.
Objectives
To identify the current issue face bey hotel Hilton.
To evaluate the importance of the employee engagement in the hospitality sector.
To evaluate the different challenges face by hotels Hilton in engagement and
performance development of employees in hotel Hilton
Problem statement
As the issue of the hotel Hilton training and retaining the great talent employee have been
turning out to be the critical issue in the service companies in significant manner. The company
is taking the longer duration to settle down new staff to have reach the high level of knowledge
and performances. As the employee are the brand ambassador of the company, it is turning out to
be the obligation for the organization to make them happy with upstanding reputation.
The hotel Hilton is facing the critical issues in hiring, training and retaining the great talents to
the service company as the hospitality sector have been struggling from the decade by not having

any silver bullet solution insights (Ettinger and et.al., 2020). The company have the need to
understand that employee are sole brand ambassador who could make the difference between
happy customer and irate one. The company is facing the serious level of issues of the excessive
level of workload of the employee and several other aspects of the job.
Significance
The firm have the significant level of need in terms of the creating the positive, fulfilling an work
related states of the maintaining in order to have recreation of important dimension of the vigour,
dedications and absorption in the perfect manner. Having the implementing of the employee
engagement will helps the company to have genre proper level of achievement over the
different aspect of business as providing the enriches and challenging job to employees to
have the feeling of autonomous so that employee can have proper attention over individuals
strength and abilities s of workers to distribute the work in according manner.

As considered to the hotel Hilton, the company is facing the major level of issues to have proper
retention of the highly talented employees due to the increase level of dissatisfaction among the
workfares due to the different policies. On the other hand, the company is facing the serious level
of causes in the in hiring, training and retaining the great talents to the service company. On the
other hand, the company have the need to have proper understanding in terms of employee
engagement with slow befits in order to have create the sense of passion and commitments es
about the job and creating the overall goals a value in order have the high level of engagement
(Kim and et.al., 2018). The company is facing the issues due to the actively disengages and not
engaged employees which is tucked to have measurements to move down wards creating the
worse condition for employee. As the company have considering the poor practices it can state
as the employee will have allowing the companies to have the flourishing the putting the
employee in order to have the turning out the benefits by proving customer the best service
possible. The author also supported that statement as their companies have the major leveraging
technology to have automatising the commonest of the customer service experiences by
replacing the human executed processes.
The increase level of employee engagement programmes can be helpful in delivering the better
experience as working in improving team works by encouraging the transparency and open level
of communications making as the disparate gears the smoothly working together. As per the
