This helps in achieving the common goals in organisation by directing workers & colleagues with strategy to meet the needs of company (Chon, and Zoltan, 2019).The leaders in the organisation have critical thinking skills which helps in knowing the best way of using resources. The leadership has link with performance in business context where effective leaders help company to increase their bottom lines. The leadership capabilities can be developed through leadership courses, mentorship and experience as leaders are made not born. There are some leaders who posses traits which comes naturals to them or developed early in their lives. The leadership in organisation shows workers how they can perform their responsibilities effectively and supervise regularly to complete their tasks.

In context to Tesco employees requires leadership as these benefits in showing direction, motivation and inspiration for performing best and control actions that can damage business as whole. The leadership serve several benefits to organisation of Tesco as this enable business in developing deep and more trusting relationship with clients. The team members, employees are encouraged to work in difficult situation (Leithwood, K., 2018). The strong leader ensures effective communication when big decision are made by company related to new strategy or change then it becomes crucial to inform everyone in company which can be reached through emails or staff meetings. This helps in reducing miscommunication in organisation. The strong leader ensures that appropriate resources are available to staff members and having right tool helps in performing job effectively through all this leadership benefits the colleagues in producing quality work by showing them care in organisation. The Sainsbury also faces some challenges in context to leadership such as developing of employees which is a challenge that Sainsbury can face as leaders are required to provide coaching and mentoring in effective way so that employees can perform their task. The effective leadership helps in solving problems which arise in business such as low productivity, to solve this leader can revise training process so that employees can have all tools to have success in their roles (Wollmann and et.al., 2020). There can be increase of efficiency in context to Sainsbury as leaders make changes in business such as using online software for tracking metrics that can help in reviewing employee performance. The inclusivity is maintained by leader in organisation as leadership helps in removing barriers to employee success. In workplace leaders can provide health accommodation, time off to employees to make them feel welcoming without considering their backgrounds or abilities.
