This research proposal aims to determine the role of HRM and its functions and how it plays an essential role in the growth and development of an organization. The literature review covers themes such as the meaning and importance of HRM and its functions, the business growth concept and its monitoring measures, and the impact of HRM on overall business performance. The research methodology includes a qualitative research type, inductive research approach, interpretivism research philosophy, exploratory research design, primary and secondary data collection, thematic perception test technique for data analysis, and ethical considerations. The research limitations include the unavailability of the entire workforce for the survey and the limited sample size of 5 employees from different organizations.
