Introduction
The notable determination of this report is to determine the effectiveness of the
existing policy which is maintained in the Bank of England which is helping is helping this
organization to grow as there are diverse categories of challenges faced by this banking
organization both in terms of the external and internal challenges like maintaining the
legislations of England and resistances which comes from the internal staffs of this
organization.
Reinforcement of the workforces are the prime contribution of the existing policies
which are being practised in this banking organization in order to manage the diverse
categories of stakeholders associated with this business like the service providers and the
other essential stakeholders like the regulators of the bank, depositors of the bank, regulators
of the bank, tax payers of the bank, management team of the bank like the CEO and the board
of directors of the bank (Lasserre, 2017). The ensuing section of this report will be very much
useful for the readers of this document to understand the existing policy which is
incorporated by the management team of this banking organization to deal with different
staffs working in this bank and managing the talent of each of the involvements stakeholders.
Reviewing existing policy of people and talent management
There are diverse categories of stakeholders who works in different department of
Bank of England. This organization follows the anti-discrimination policy which helps them
to deal to the challenges faced by each of the stakeholders of this organization (Nataraja &
Alamri, 2016). This policy is very much useful for this banking organization to bring out the
best from each of the employees working in this organization. There are benefits and
limitations associated with this policy as well which will be discussed in this section of the
report.
