I would love to do challenging office work
as i believe that understanding the feeling of
employees is the most important role of the
management. Further, i have experienced in
my past life that staff members in the
organisation act as tonic for the success of
firm. Therefore, I like the recruitment and
selection process of the large scale
enterprises.

I am always ready to contribute my 100
percent to the organisation but still I prefer
working in flexible working hours so that I
can manage my personal and professional
life hand in hand.

in accordance to this I can even manage the

Communication interaction skills which have assisted me in attaining many
projects in my life.1
Discrete and Ethical I am person of moral values and I believe in coordinating and
cooperating with other people whether they are at top management
or at lower level. Moreover, I cannot work with the people
exploiting human rights in any case. Besides, I believe in anti
discrimination and providing flexibility to each and every
individual.
Conflict Management I can handle disputes within the organisation very well and calmly
as i have worked in team before and there we had learned to
manage with every type of individual and situation.
Change Management
I understand I risk of changes and uncertainties within the large
scale enterprises and I am ready to deal with the fluctuations as I
remain constant in the case of changes in order to overcome the

Dual Focus I am a multi tasking personality who can handle two organisational

the key responsibilities of HR manager.
