follows the cost leadership strategy for the selling of the products (Prodhan 2017). The company
offers products of several categories to the customers. The cost leadership strategy of the
company is referred to the selling of the products to the typical customers at the lowest cost in
comparison with the competitor companies (D. Banker, Mashruwala and Tripathy 2014). To
implement the strategy properly in the global market of business, the company requires efficient
and skilled human resource. Therefore, the company looks for the employees who have the
quality and the skills for serving the purpose of the job as well as to help the company to meet
