Training is very necessary for developing employee's skills and qualifications and everyorganisation should have to provide it. Training is required because of many reasons. Manyeffective technologies in the organisation such as computerization, automation andmechanization have generated various changes that need skilled and knowledgable employees.So the organisation should have to provide effective training to staffs with the latest knowledgeand technology. Training is more mandatory to solve the Organisational complexity.
