INTRODUCTIONIn the modern era, human resource management is an important concept for everyorganisation because helps to manage all over human resource of the organisation so that everystaff members will significantly performed their tasks and attain their decided goals. This report based on H&M, is a Swedish multinational retail firm ofclothing company which provide clothes for men, women and kids. In H&M's context, they focus on improving employees performanceby providing quality services as per their requirements. With the helps of this they easilymotivate their workforce and achieve its target in appropriate manner. The main function ofHRM application is to resolve all the problems which faced by the employees at the workplace.For this HR department communicate with their workforce to reduce the chances of arisingconflict situation in effective manner which leads in building positive relation among all theemployees.
