Assignment explains abouteffectiveness of key elements of personnel management. Functions of HRM:Decreases employee turnover: In this step HR Manager of company communicates withall workers so that they can perform better. This helps in increasing potentials and zeal ofemployees. Hence they feel satisfied and do not leave the firm. Reduces conflicts: HR manager helps in supporting and guiding all workers. Thus itdecreases the problems and issuers among all employees. Hence they can perform better.Through this it helps in improving the performance. Thus organization can achieve theirobjectives. Recruitment and termination: Company can recruit and select qualified and talentedworkers .
