Moreover, influence of the job satisfaction of the employees are also been discussed inthis report. Various models and theories related to the employee motivation and organizationalbehavior had also been discussed in this report. This report concludes that, enhancement of thejob satisfaction of the employees in the organization will help to promote positive employeeattitude. This is due to the reason that, the more satisfied will be the employees in theirworkplace, the more positive will be their attitude towards the internal and external stakeholders.Different measures to enhance the job satisfaction of the employees are also being discussed inthis report, which will help the organizations to promote the positive employee behavior.

3HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENTIntroduction One of the key factors that should be maintained for the contemporary businessorganizations is to enhance the effective working environment (Murrell 2012). This is importantin the current business scenario due to the fact that, the more motivated will be the employees,the more productive and effective will they be in their workplace. Contemporary businessorganizations have to enhance and maintain the motivation level of the employees in order togain the maximum productivity and effectiveness from them, which will in turn help to gaincompetitive advantages in the market. However, there are various measures that can be initiatedto enhance the motivation of the employees in their workplace (Lazaroiu 2015). One of theprominent measures that can be initiated is maintaining the attitudes of the employees along withenhancing their job satisfaction in the workplace. Attitude of the employees should be wellmaintained and enhanced in order to create a positive image about the workplace to them. Themore will be the positive attitude of the employees, the more will be the effectiveness of theworkplace along with having more effective customer service. This report will discuss about the importance of enhancing the attitude of the employeesalong with maintaining the job satisfaction of them for the contemporary business organizations.Moreover, various models and theories related to the employee motivation and organizationalbehavior will also be discussed in this report. Critical analysis will be incorporated in this reportin order to measure the opinions of different authors in view to the employee satisfaction andattitude in the organization and how it can help in enhancing the organizational behavior.
