Chocolatepresence organisation provide services related to chocolate based greeting cards. These type ofchocolate products are been provided in different product and services across UK. Thisorganisation has many different sectors like production, finance and marketing team andpackaging and distribution. They present their product with high quality. TASK 1P1 Purpose and function of HRM for workforce planning and recognising in an organisationHRM is the essential all the business which helps to take the decision making. It isdesigned to maximization of employee’s performance because it is directly related with the goalof an organisation. Effective human resource management also increase the competition in themarket. Main purpose of human resource management is managing the requirements of theemployees of organisation. The purpose of human resource management is described as. Compensation: This is designed to analyse and change the payment scenario oforganisation structure. Chocolate presence company are focus on the payment of employees. HRmanager of the organisation provide information to the employees related to pay. All kind of lowlike local low and state low related to the compensation also apply in the organisation. Staffing need: It is the main responsibility of human resource department to hire rightcandidate for the particular job profile (Schermerhorn and et. al. 2014). They also analysis thatthe skills of the employee are suitable for the job profile. HR department also can terminate thoseemployees who are not working according to the rules and regulation of organisation which arerelated to the government. Transfer and promotion activities are also included in this. It is basicresponsibility of the human resource management to fulfil the requirements of the organisation

Functions of human resource managementThere are two type of function of human resource Management and the brief descriptionof these functions are as following.Managerial function : It is the basic function of human resource management.Managerial function is depending on the planning, organizing, directing, controlling and staffing.Planning is the first step because whole process depends on the effective planning. Staffing isrelated to the recruitment and selection of the employees. Direction is related to give instructionfor the employee for there work and controlling is control the workforce.Operative function: This function focus on the growth of the employees. There are somesteps which is followed by the HR like procurement, development, compensation, maintenance,motivation and integration. These factors affect the employees as well as organisation in apositive manner.
