Introduction
The world has been globalizing at a huge level and so has been the interconnected
processes that has been developed to manage the involvement of the job and career front in
the evolving times. The competition has thus been rendered to be extremely high in the
identification of the market scenario and the competition between the organizations (Stone et
al. 2015). The idea is to find the capacity of the organizations to innovate within the
organization and the probability of the organization to cope up with the competition that has
been growing in the market. The market was found to be completely volatile within the
market and this is the sole responsibility of the expectation of the customers that has been
constantly changing with the time. The requirements of the customers have also been
changing over time with the demand of much more customized products than that has been
before (Madanat and Khasawneh 2018). To cope up with all these, the industry has initiated
the strategic management of the human resources to develop the competence models and to
meet the general challenges that companies constantly face in the Industry 4.0 (Morgeson,
Brannick and Levine 2019). Thus, following would be a literature review conducted to find
out the relevant strategies and researches that have been conducted as a result by various
acclaimed authors to find out how the human resource management has been handling the
situations given the future jobs and the scenario of the business in the future.
Summarization of the Integrated Knowledge
There have been various researches found about the different strategies that have been
researched about the human resource management services provided the latest changes in the
industry and the probable or future changes that might arise in the future (Noe et al. 2017).
This is to specify that the different researchers have also taken into consideration about the
change in the latest industry and how the changing customer requirements are compelling to
