This report will help in evaluating about the
methods that are used by the HR department
of Dove Care in order to enhance their
recruitment process. The various legislation
that are implemented by the management for
the enhancement selection process will be
discussed.

There are a number of factors that are
considered by the management of health and
social care before recruiting candidates for
their organization.

government helps in protecting the employees
of the country from any kind of discrimination

Evaluate different approaches that may be used to ensure the selection of the best
individuals for work in health and social care
The management of Dove
Care Home can use a
number of processes
such as applying models
for selection, short-listing
the candidates,
interviewing them, and
more in order ensure that
they are able to select the
best and most deserved
candidate for the position
of care assistant. After
the candidates have
applied for the position,
the HRM department of
the health care
organization shortlist the
candidates as per their
qualification and
experience. After short-
listing the most suitable
candidates, the selected
candidates receive a
letter or mail for face-to-
face interview with the
management of the
organization.
Interview: The HR
managers will
conduct the
interview and the
directors of Dove
care, the interview
process will help the
management to
have a face-to-face
interaction with the
candidate and
understand about
the skills and
knowledge of the
candidate.
Psychometric assessment:
This aspect of the interview
helps in understanding the
psychological abilities of the
candidates such as decision-
making capabilities,
reasoning abilities and more.
