This report is also creating person specification(human resource management (HRM), 2018.). Human resource management is theprocess of recruiting, selecting, providing proper orientations and inductions partsproper training and developing skills. It belongs all the function of HRM and it isdistributive in nature that means it is present in all industries. It is essential formaintaining relationship with organization. This company work on all the functions ofhuman resource management.
