This studywill include an explanation of human resource management along with analysis of their role andpurpose in the company. It will provide a justification of human resource plan based on analysisof supply and demand. Study will investigate the current state of employment relations in servicesector and will provide a discussion of various employment laws effecting human resources inUK.
