INTRODUCTIONHuman resource's management is practice of recruiting, hiring, deploying and managingthe organisation employee. Study will identify by the job titlein the company with job description and person specification. Every service's sector has thedifferent recruitment process and compare with other services business. It is also highlighted bythe training and development activities and its contribution in industry.

It isconcerns of managers at all levels and provides space for employee involvement, performanceand growth. It is important for maintaining the quality of work at the hotel. This also importantfor increase productivity and profits of Travelodge hotel (Huemann, Keegan and Turner, 2018).To match demand and supply of human resources.
