In this report, we will discuss the Human Resource Management that focuses on critically examining, evaluating, and offering suggestions in relation to the Marriott Hotel's strategies for learning and growth. The report is divided into two sections. An overview of the company was given in the first section. The organization's numerous learning and development approaches were identified and critically assessed in the second section. In this section, coaching, training, and development as well as employee involvement and engagement in Marriott were assessed.
