Findings and Discussion The role of Human resource management of a business is to effectively support the different departments of the business with skilled labour supply. In order to effectively evaluate the function of HRM, it is of prime most importance how well and far the employees of an organization are being utilized for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives and goals of a business.Any business cannot function properly without skilled labour force. The performance of a business largely depends on the workforce which is employed by the business as they add values, personal traits to the life of the organization. In a modernbusiness organization, the role of the employees is crucial and they are considered to be the life force of an organization(Bratton & Gold, 2017). As per the research conducted there are three ways in which human resources can be developed which are attracting skilled employees in an organization, motivating the employees and retaining the employees of the business. It has been found that various companies have undertaken these kinds of surveys in order to gain an understanding of the results.
