Objective and research question
 Effect of Human Resource Planning on Organizational Performance
Human resource planning is determined as one of the main as well as growing areas of academic
research because it is important for every company. An organization consider its human resource
department as its core competency as it will help them in conducting better performance through
that they can attain their desire goal as well as objectives. This article or research is focusing on
the effectiveness of human resource planning on a company performance for attaining objective
at potential marketplace (Aviso and et. al., 2019). The objective of respective research or article
is to determine key aspects of formal human resource planning which contributes to performance
enhancement of employees.
Method
Research method is determined as techniques which are used by a company or researcher
for gathering information in effective manner. In respect of respective article project manager
adopt both primary as well as secondary research method. For collecting primary data they
develop questionnaire whereas for gathering data from secondary source project manager review
different articles on similar topics.
Findings and discussion
Human resource management is determined as one of the most essential technique for all
HR professional as it help in performing effectively and achieving desire goal in successful
manner (Chand and Markova, 2019). In past time related to HRM people or employees are not
treated properly, managers are fully controlled on their staffing process. But as business trends
changes thinking of employer and management get changed and it all brings to the positive
